Months after releasing their flagship smartphone, the Vivo X21, Vivo unveiled two of their newest smartphones that are packed with cool specifications on an affordable price point… the Vivo V11 and V11i
It was a formal kind of night as glamour hits Shangri-la The Fort for Philippine launch of Vivo V11. Guests led by the brand’s pool of local endorsers arrive in their metallic and ethereal looks, taking cues from Vivo V11’s colors—Starry Night and Nebula—that highlight the show-stopping vivacity of the cosmos.
Going back, the Vivo V11 comes with a fresh look with its 6.41-inch Super AMOLED Halo FullView™ Display that provides a 19.5:9 aspect ratio with a 91.27% screen-to-body ratio. It also has an ultra-thin 1.76mm side bezels, paired with the 3D curved body design blending the edges of the phone into the display.
The Vivo V11 is the first V series smartphone with the In-Display Fingerprint Scanning Technology.
To further enjoy the Vivo V11, users will have a 6GB RAM + 64GB ROM that ensure ultra-smooth performance. The smartphone is powered by the Snapdragon 660AIE processor to support its incredible AI capabilities.
The Vivo V11 already has an impressive 12MP + 5MP dual rear camera and a 25MP front camera. But these hardware specs are further enhanced with the Vivo V11’s AI photography which introduces an all-new AI Face Shaping technology. This gives an AI face-modelling algorithm that adds individual treatments to facial features for creating beautiful yet natural selfies.
Vivo’s newest flagship smartphone has AI Backlight HDR and AI Low Light Mode to capture multiple frames for greater detail in any kinds of lighting scenarios. It also has AI Scene Recognition that identifies different objects, elements and scenes, and applies specially customized enhancements to ensure photos stand out.
Even more, the Vivo V11 also has AI Portrait Framing that guides users on how to take the perfectly framed portrait shots.
The V11 also enhances every user’s mobile experience with Vivo’s AI assistant Jovi. This feature enables Jovi Smart Scene that can check the weather and provide real-time information, Google Lens that can allow users to search for what they see, and Google Assistant for map navigation, online shopping, and more. Vivo’s Jovi AI Engine also help allocate CPU and memory resources efficiently to handle multiple complex operations, working together with the latest Funtouch OS 4.5 (based on Android 8.1).
On the other hand, Vivo Philippines also unveiled another smartphone during the launch… The Vivo V11i under their midrange phone category. It is the first smartphone with “Halo Notch” or Halo FullView Screen 19:9 with a 90.4 % screen-to-body ratio.
The Vivo V11i is also equipped with high-end specs including a 6.3-inch FHD+1080*2280 In-Plane Switching (IPS) display panel, a Helio-P60 2.0 Ghz processor, Mali-G72 MP3 800 mhz GPU, 16MP+5 MP rear camera, 4GB RAM + 128 GB ROM memory, rear fingerprint, 3315mAh battery, and 9V 2A fast charging, which makes it better at its price point.
The Vivo V11 is available in 2 colors, Starry Night and Nebula as well as the Vivo V11i.
