After the successful launch of OPPO F1 and F1 Plus cameraphones few months ago comes another “Selfie Expert” phone… The OPPO F1s.
The 5.5-inch OPPO F1s continues along the line of previous OPPO units, with the use of thin, nicely rounded bezels and the prominent white colorway of its predecessors. Actually, I love the look of it. Simple and elegant. Plus the feel of it when it comes to grip is nice. Not small and not too big.

The OPPO F1s was launched in the Philippines at Pico de Loro, Batangas last August 11, 2016, which were attended by media, lifestyle and tech bloggers, OPPO VIP’s and OPPO Philippines’ Social media influencers such as Janine Gutierrez, Ella Cruz, Bea Binene, Jasmine Curtis-Smith, Kylie Padilla to name a few.
Me trying out th 16MP front camera of the OPPO F1s. Yes, you read it right. OPPO’s newest cameraphone addition got a whopping 16MP front-facing camera for better selfie experience. As for the rear camera, the OPPO F1s has 13-megapixel sensor that can actually take decent quality photos as well.
Still, the OPPO F1s runs on the latest version of OPPO’s ColorOS, a proprietary Android skin. While the camera itself is an impressive piece of hardware, OPPO’s built-in Beautify 4.0 software allows users to readily tweak their photos on the fly.
The phone runs on an MT6750 octa-core processor with up to three(3) gigabytes of RAM. It also carries a fair amount of juice with a 3075 mAh internal battery. This should be more than enough for casual gaming and browsing social media accounts throughout the day. But if you are a heavy user, you know the routine, bring your charger or powerbank wherever you go.
If you love taking selfies or groupie or taking video calls, then you might want to consider buying this phone which is not bad for its price range.
