Noel Cabangon , known for his timeless , unique and original compositions and renditions in the OPM industry has something in store for his fans. Noel Cabangon is now a Multi-Platinum record award artist for his “Byahe” and “Panaginip” albums and soon to reach a Gold Status record for his “Tuloy Ang Byahe” album which is the most downloaded album in www.mymusicstore.com.ph in just 2 months after it was released.

Unknown to some of us, Noel Cabangon is also a part of the Philippine Educational Theater Association(PETA) in early 90’s where he joined in the theater works as a musical director, composer, actor and a mentor , sharing his expertise that he earned and acquired through the years.

For more than 40 years now, PETA has committed itself to the pursuit of artistic excellence, with a vision of a distinct Filipino theater as a tool for social change. PETA has also nurtured and cradled hundreds of artists who up to this day, continue to share their talents and expertise in theater, television, radio, print media and education.

With this, Noel Cabangon in collaboration with the Philippine Educational Theater Association(PETA), will be having a concert this coming September 28, 2012, 8 P.M at the Music Museum entitled “Noel Cabangon: Tuloy Ang Byahe The Concert“ with the participation of other special guests like Christian Bautista, Gloc-9 and many more. In this concert you will enjoy Noel Cabangon’s performances for his renditions and some of the most loved OPM classics.

“I continue to rally behind PETA and its ideals, so it is just fitting that we collaborate on “Tuloy ang Byahe The Concert”, because for us, really, the journey continues. It is also my way of thanking my audience for their undying support to me and my music”- says Noel Cabangon.

Proceeds of the concert will go to the PETA Endowment Fund, to ensure the sustainability of PETA which will allow them to continue their cultural work, developing future generations of artists like Noel Cabangon who are now leaders, movers and productive members of the creative force locally and internationally, as well as providing a chance those who do not have financial resources to gain access to PETA’s creative programs.
