Baguio has always been one of my favorite places in the Philippines. Aside from the tourist spots within the city, I am always looking forward to the cold climate of “Philippine’s Summer Capital” or the the “City of Pines” or popularly known as Baguio City.
When we travel, aside from the fare, and the budget, another important thing that we should consider is “accommodation”, the place where you will stay throughout your vacation period.
Me and my blogger friends were invited to go to Baguio City and stay at Azalea Residences.
Azalea Residences is the first all-suite vacation residence opened in Baguio City with the atmosphere and comfort of home which is perfect for families, friends, and business travelers.
Azalea Residences is located at Leonard Wood Loop, Brgy. M.Roxas,Baguio City which is 5 minutes away from Session Road, and few minutes away from Teacher’s Camp.
It was night time when we arrived to this holiday haven. And of course as bloggers it is our initial instinct to take pictures of the place even if it is dark hahaha.
Since its Christmas time, Azalea Residences Baguio dressed the place with Christmas decorations. Felt the Christmas spirit in this place. I fell in love with the place. And i’m getting excited more and more.
We were greeted warmly by Azalea Residences Recepionist on duty. And few minutes after signing some forms we are led to our room. 🙂

This is the hallway going to our room. I love the bermuda grass-like design. It looks real. It is like a garden inside a building.
OUR SUITE… is a 3-bedroom suite which can accommodate up to 8 persons(6 adults + 2 kids or 8 adults) for Php18,000 per night inclusive of Buffet breakfast, Complimentary local telephone call, Free parking for one(1) car throughout the duration of stay and 10am early check-in if the room is available. I LOVE OUR ROOM! Feels like home…
There is also a FREE Wi-fi so you can still be connected online for business, make yourself updated on the news online, or post your Baguio travel photos and your own Azalea Recidences experiences
Our suite has a kitchen, with utensils that you can use for free to cook. Also with plates, drinking glass, spoons, forks and a very nice wooden table to dine on. And for coffee/tea lovers, there’s a complimentary coffee/tea in the kitchen.
It also has a living room with very elegant furnitures and a flat screen television with cable connection paired with a dvd player just in case you wanted to watch and consider a movie marathon 🙂
May I also add that each room has its own Flat Screen TV and DVD.

Master’s Bedroom Closet
There are two more rooms, in our suite. The one above which is a 2-bed room, has its own closet, telephone, Flat screen TV and DVD player. The other room is just accross this 2-bed room. It has one bed just like in the master’s bedroom with same amenities like the room above. I really love their pillows and bedsheets so soft! which really gave me a goodnight sleep. The room is really cold and believe it or not they don’t have any centralized air condition unit. It all came from the natural cold breeze outside.
Bathroom is quite spacious, pre-loaded with toiletries such as Dental kit, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body wash. You don’t have to bring extra load for towels because Azalea Residences will provide it for you. The toilet and bath has hot and cold water available anytime.
For families who have babies, you can actually request for a crib FREE of charge.
Just in case you crave on munching something all rooms are pre-loaded with these snacks that will be charged to your room bill only when you eat it. Prices are on the side for your guidance.
The next morning, before our hotel tour, we had our breakfast in TRADISYON located inside Azalea Residences. Their breakfast buffet is really a tummy filler! And would make you eat heavy if you don’t know how to control yourself hahaha. More info about TRADISYON here:

After our breakfast we were toured around Azalea Residences. First stop: The Presidential Suite which costs Php32,000/night
The interiors are very elegant, which will give you an elite feeling.
I fell in love with the place, this suite is exactly what I would do if ever I would have my own house. Loft type.
3 Bedrooms are all located at the second floor.
The living room, dining room and the kitchen are all located on the first floor.
My favorite spot… The artificial fireplace.
Next is The Romantic Deluxe. This room is a regular deluxe room arranged for the client’s purpose. Perfect set up for romantic dinner, honeymoon, private proposal and date. 🙂 prices depends according to client’s add-on request like wine, use of flowers and others.
For trainings, seminars, team building, Azalea Residences offer their function rooms.
This function room is located outside Azalea Residences which is bigger than the function room above.
Free unlimited coffee and mineral hot and cold water comes with the package.
Free tarp that will be displayed outside is also Free when you avail Azalea Residences function rooms.
For weddings and other functions, Azalea Residences also have big function rooms.
For those who wants to drink liquor to warm a bit and to fight the cold weather, Eight Degrees is the perfect spot for you.Located near the reception area.
Fun! Fun! Fun! For the kids and kids at heart. With Azalea Residences Kid Zone, your children will never be bored.
For clients with cars staying in Azalea Residences, one slot in the Parking Area will be allocated for you throughout your stay.
Azalea Residences also have tour packages that will take you to any point in Baguio. You can also make transportation arrangements to and from Manila for a certain fee.
Overall, it was a very memorable stay that we had in Azalea Residences! Two Thumbs up! And I will definitely go back and recommend it to my friends and loved ones.
