PANCAKE MEALS
You’ve gotta try Teddy’s Bigger Burger’s Pancake meals. These thick and fluffy pancakes are just perfect to fill your grumbling tummy at the same time will give your palate different twist of flavors from each variant. Classic Pancakes is also available for PHP179.
BLUEBERRY PANCAKES (PHP229)
Pancakes topped with blueberry in heavy syrup, caramel syrup, powdered sugar and whipped cream. Honestly, there is nothing unusal for this pancake variant since Blueberry is already a known flavor. But if you want that sweet-sour combination, then this pancake variant is for you.
STRAWBERRY PANCAKES(PHP229)
Pancakes Topped with Strawberry in heavy syrup, caramel sauce, sugar powder, and whipped cream. Just like the blueberry variant, this one is a usual flavor but will definitely be a hit for strawberry flavor lovers.
MACNUT VANILLA CARAMEL PANCAKES(PHP199)
Love macadamia nut? Pancake topped with vanilla caramel sauce, whiped cream and macadamia nuts. I love the combination of all the toppings. Simple but good.
BANANA PEANUT BUTTER PANCAKES(PHP219)
Pancakes with a different twist. Among the pancake variants at Teddy’s Bigger Burger, this is my fave. Each slices of banana + caramel syrup +whipped cream=TWO THUMBS UP!.
2 Eggs Meals
Two eggs served with Teddy’s Home Fries or plain rice with a choice of either corned beef hash, rustic bacon, or pastrami.
CORNED BEEF HASH (PHP349)
This is the only dish that I have tasted under the two eggs section of the menu. It is my frst time to taste this kind of corned beef. The corned beef is in chunks but soft enough to slice it or chew it without extra effort. Perfectly seasoned, not too salty and that goes also with the marble potatoes. It will make you look for a cup of rice to eat with it.
LOCO MOCO
Loco Moco is Teddy’s 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty served on steamed rice topped with a fried egg and the special Loco Moco gravy. There are two variants under this selection. The Big Loco Moco(PHP299) and the Western Loco Moco.
WESTERN LOCO MOCO(PHP329)
Western Loco Moco, is a rice-burger meal which is topped with crispy bacon and crispy onion rings. The Loco Moco gravy blends well with the taste of the beef patty. You can taste some charred parts but it’s normal since all Teddy’s burger patties are grilled.
Let me warn you that this meal is really big for one normal built person.
Another thing to look forward to when you dine at Teddy’s Bigger Burgers at Shangri-la mall is their “Burger Exclusives”. This means that the following variants are only available at Teddy’s Bigger Burgers at Shangri-la mall. So better try them out before its gone 🙂
BANDITO BURGER
With jalapeño and dripping cheese sauce to boot, the BANDITO BURGER is one tough act to follow. It was concocted with the adventurous diners in mind, the one who prefers to bite into burgers with strong flavors and unmistakeable tang.
ELVIS BURGER
The ELVIS BURGER was inspired by ‘’The King of Rock ‘n Roll’s favorite burger. An adopted son of Hawaii where Teddy’s Bigger Burgers was born, Elvis Presley was known to have explored and visited the islands for the most part of his successful career. Aside from his huge concerts, Elvis also made box office hit movies on Hawaii and about Hawaii, such as ‘’Blue Hawaii,’’ ‘’Paradise Hawaiian Style’’, and ‘’Girls, Girls, Girls.’’
ELVIS BURGER has peanut butter, bacon and bananas. Yes you resd it right! Banana on a burger which will give your burger a different and unique taste.
SAMURAI BURGER
Inspired by the success of Teddy’s Bigger Burgers in Tokyo, Japan, the SAMURAI BURGER is a 100% USDA Ground Chuck patty topped with crispy sweet potato, wasabi mayonnaise, teriyaki sauce and nori strips. The strong flavor of the wasabi is balanced by the sweetness of the teriyaki sauce and the complex flavors of the nori to make for a unique burger that will delight lovers of all things Japanese.
