Were you able to drop by and get to avail great deals at the recently concluded 2-day Lamudi Housing Fair 2019 in Trinoma last April 6-7, 2019? When I went to this event last April 6, aside from looking for a possible home to live in, I also want to explore more about the field of real estate and how it can be a good investment for me(income-generating wise).
With Lamudi’s extensive selection of property offerings -condos, townhouses, and many more, built or to be built by some of the biggest and trusted real estate players in the country, it wouldn’t be hard for people like me to go from one place to another just to inquire. They were all now in one place, in one event.
There were exhibitors participated at the housing fair such as SMDC, Aspire by Filinvest, Futura by Filinvest, Prestige by Filinvest, The Hauslands, Amiya Raya, Taft Properties, Robinsons Communities, BPI Family Housing Loan, Grand Monaco, Ortigas & Company, Phinma Properties, Pag-IBIG Fund, Sandari Batulao, and Suntrust.
“These housing fairs are important since these are where property developers, real estate professions and buyers converge and find immediate value from each other. This year, we plan to make them bigger and better so as to deliver better results to all our partners exhibitors, and the property buyers wherever the Lamudi Housing Fair will come next, specifically Glorfetta on July 20 and 21, SM Cebu on September, and MOA on December. Trinoma will set us off to a great start.” Lamudi CEO Bhavna Suresh said of the Lamudi Housing Fair.
Prior to TriNoma, the real estate platform held a housing fair in Cebu, where 23 exhibitors from real estate, banking and financial industries, and several key government agencies showcased their property offerings and auctions, services, exclusive discounts, as well as the Lamudi Academy Training sessions.
Going back, the two-day event were also graced by speakers and industry experts who gave interested property buyers various home buying seminars to guide them in the right direction-something first-time buyers found most beneficial.
On top of this, exclusive property discounts from developers and freebies were given away to attendees. Foreclosures were also made available to aspiring real estate investors, as they can serve as good investment starters. Several properties were also auctioned off by Unionbank of the Philippines at affordable price points.
The Lamudi Housing Fair in TriNoma is not just for those looking for real estate investments but also for Real estate professionals. Those who participated at the housing fair also got the chance to attend to the free online real estate marketing seminars conducted by the instructors of Lamudi Academy to help them boost their real estate careers.
