I love cooking and experimenting on different dishes in our kitchen. Whatever we have inside our refrigerator and pantry, I can make use of those ingredients and make a dish from it. Spices and seasonings also contribute to make my home-cooked meals even yummier and well- loved by my family..
And speaking of seasoning, if you are a home cook like me, maybe you already know the Knorr brand. From Knorr cubes to their sinigang mix, these products became a part of my cooking life. And just recently, this brand launched a newest addition to their line of products… the Knorr SavorRrich Liquid Meaty Seasoning.
It was an exciting launch as Knorr put up a one-day food market, a test kitchen actually, highlighting the Knorr SavorRrich Liquid Meaty Seasoning in collaboration with four of Manila’s most sought-after chefs at the Greenbelt 3 Open Park.
The Knorr Test Kitchen featured food from celebrated chefs Nicco Santos of Your Local who served up dishes like Nasi goreng ikan bilis, and coffee pork ribs. Josh Boutwood of Savage and Helm fixed Western-inspired meals like pork skewers with cilantro mint salad, and roasted chicken and barley porridge. Happy Ongpauco of Happy Concept Group provided guests with meals like honey garlic fried chicken, and bangus and tofu salpicao. Lastly, Kalel Chan of Raintree Restaurants presented his own take on Asian fusion with pork sisig gyoza, and togerashi karaage with rice mayo..
All dishes at the market were from a wide range of cuisines, from Filipino favorites to Asian fusion and Western grills, and were made with a special ingredient, the Knorr SavorRrich Liquid Meaty Seasoning.
Knorr SavorRich is the first ever meaty seasoning in a liquid form in the market. Each drop is packed with real meat, making your dishes richer, meatier and more flavorful with every bite! Perfect for use at different stages of the cooking process – marinating, sautéing, and basting, among others.
The new Knorr SavorRrich Liquid Meaty Seasoning is available in Chicken and Pork flavors, in leading supermarkets and groceries nationwide, at a suggested retail price of Php6/16g, Php85/240g, and Php150/480g. Recipes from the Knorr Test Kitchen will be made available online starting March 30, 2019, through www.knorr.com/ph.
