With the scorching heat this summer, it is so hard to stay outdoors. Actually, even if you are staying indoors you can still feel the summer heat as if you are in a sauna room(Unless your room or house has air conditioning unit. Hello high electricity bill! haha). With the feverish heat, we definitely feel tired even if we are not doing anything and we feel uncomfortable as well because we are sweating so hard.
