People involve in this kind of relationship usually just looking for fun, just companionship or friendship(or maybe not), some for sex. Here’s a movie that will bring you to the world of unofficial relationships. In the end do you think they will decide to make their unofficial relationship official?
“Unofficially Yours” starring two of the hottest stars in the showbiz industry John Lloyd Cruz and Angel Locsin. This is said to be their first team up on big screen as two were seen on the tv series “Imortal”.
This movie has a very different, liberated type and kinda mature story unlike the roles that Loydie and Angel used to portray. Here’s the trailer of the movie…
As you can see the theme of “Unofficially Yours” is very similar to the movies “No Strings Attached” and “Friends with Benefits” but here’s Director Cathy Molina-Garcia’s statement regarding this issue.
This movie is not the usual and typical story that we used to watch in Filipino romantic-comedy films. Direk Cathy Garcia- Molina said “Basically, it’s a story about a guy who believes so much in love then falls in love with someone who doesn’t want to fall in love. Nagkataon kasi na the girl practices casual relationship, non-commital, no ties, ayaw ng boyfriend-girlfriend, basta for fun lang! Then the character of the guy, gusto siyang paniwalain ulit sa love, na better pa din kapag formal na relasyon than casual relationship”.
It was really an awkward moment for John Lloyd and Angel to do some of the scenes in the movie specially both are known to be wholesome artists. But John Lloyd said, Angel helped a lot to make the scene lighter for both of them.”Very supportive and open, walang arte, siya pa nauuna magtanggal ng(laughs)…(referring to clothes)” he said.
Introducing, the Martinez’s sisters…Patrizha, Dana and Dannielle Martinez. these three were daughters of known actor and actess William Martinez and Yayo Aguila. It was their first time to be in a movie and one of them said they were really not that into showbiz that much like their parents but still they want to give it a try.
